We had an amazing holiday with our son and daughter in law and 2 year old grandson. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our caravan was clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time in the entertainment complex. The fun stars were very attentive and got to know our grandsons name on the first night and every activity we went to they called him by name. I think he fell in love with Amy and anxious. Everyone we came in contact with cannot be praised high enough. Thank you for making our grandsons first Haven holiday a very special one. 

Sammie on reception was absolutely brilliant and was so helpful with all the advice. It gets a bit confusing in terms of what you can book where, and how to book tables but got there in the end. Best to book tables via the haven food website. Didn’t manage to get in the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was fine...shame no pool slides and the water was freezing!
Quite a large park we had a private 2 night booking so bought passes for pool use.
We drove 15 mins to Clacton on sea which is a lovely sandy beach.
We were based on waterside so had the lake and ducks wandering around us which the baby enjoyed
We ate in mash and barrell 2 nights portions were big! The mocktails were lovely
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the holiday village
